I'm a Presbyterian minister, husband and father of two red-headed boys.
I was born and raised in Fayetteville NC. Went to college at NC State. Got an MDiv from Colmbia Theological Seminary and was ordained a Presbyterian minister in 1994. Also got married in 1994. Lived in Sweet Springs, Missouri until I was called to be the pastor of John Calvin Presbyterian Church in 1997. I've chaired our Presbytery's Committee on Preparation for Ministry. Also served on several non-profit agency boards, including the local AIDS Task Force and the domestic violence agency, the Family Crisis Council. I'm the Third Vice-Chair for the Rowan County Democratic Party.
Getting my back healthy enough to run again, gardening and all sorts of yard work, East Enders, Beethoven, most Baroque composers, the NFL, electing a Democratic President in 2008, travel, being a good father to an autistic child and a typical child, NC State football and basketball, und lernen Deutsch!
