We're in a credit crunch, a recession, the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression, blah, blah, blah.
See, I know all these things intellectually, but since I'm not laid-off or stuck with a home that won't sell, I don't know them in a visceral way.
Well, I finally read something that boiled it all down into terms I can understand, and this is it. If I weren't a Christian and more or less forbidden to give myself over totally to panic, I'd say, Now's a good time to panic.
