Mapping stereotypes

Europe through American eyes:

This is pretty accurate, except for Austria, which everybody on this side of the Atlantic knows as Sound of Music Land.

You can see Europe as seen by Europeans here. It would appear that Scandinavia can be stereotyped in wonderfully imaginative ways.
